Braintree District Council implemented a full webcasting project following the trial and evaluation of a series of event webcasts. The Council uses a portable R600 webcasting system with fixed cameras in the Chamber to broadcast Cabinet, Full Council and Planning meetings. Brentwood Borough Council

| Brentwood Borough Council have been webcasting since 2004. They have a D600 system with fixed cameras and a feed from the PA system in their Council Chamber. Being mobile, the D600 system offers the flexibility of webcasting meetings from other rooms. The service is under the aegis of Corporate Services and a wide range of content such as Development Control, Licensing Committee, Full Council and Community Panel meetings is produced. Brighton & Hove have been webcasting since June 2008, and have generated an instant return in viewing figures that are far beyond all expectations. They needed to accommodate formal meetings in two Town Halls, and therefore have fixed cameras in both locations, using an R600 mobile unit which manages the webcasting demands of both locations.
