Fingal County Council

In March 2005 Fingal County Council joined an EU funded project and in January 2006 began webcasting a variety of meetings from their Council Chamber in Swords including, Full Council, Budget, Planning and Development and Area Committees. Interest in the Area Committee meetings was such that the Council decided to provide the three Area Committees at Balbriggan, Baldoyle and Blanchardstown with their own portable R600 webcasting systems to operate fixed cameras at each location.
