New Forest District Council
		Forest Thoughts, New Forest DC's 'Viewfinder' multimedia discussion board, was successfully launched in February 2009 and has been an instant hit with residents. Designed as an online community forum where members of the community can 'have their say' on local issues, the site also allows users to upload images, text and audio clips to add extra impact and information to their posts. Newcastle City Council
		In May 2009, Newcastle City Council implemented a multimedia discussion board to support its Udecide Participatory Budgeting programme.  The site is designed for members of the public to discuss PB projects in their ward and allows citizens to upload user generated content in the form of video captured on a mobile phone or video camera. North East Derbyshire District Council
		You’ve heard of ‘My Space’ - North East Derbyshire have used this concept to launch ‘YOUR space’, an interactive social networking portal for local communities that encourages citizens to share experiences and celebrate what’s great about North East Derbyshire. The Video Magazine was launched in November 2007 and has proved to be very successful. Ongoing evaluation is taking place, but initial feedback is very positive, on average over 1,000 people view YOURspace per month. National interest in the site is building and it was showcased to all Council's at a conference in July 2008. Site: http://www.neddc-yourspace.org.uk
