SOLACE
Public-i have been business partners of The Society of Local Authority Chief Executives and Senior Managers (SOLACE) since 2003, benefiting from direct business from CEO's on the Local Authority market and its requirements. The relationship enables us to develop our innovative tools and services to meet our markets expectations. In addition Public-i have assisted SOLACE by webcasting a number of events including their Annual conference since 2002.

South Holland District Council
South Holland District Council
  South Holland District Council started webcasting in October 2007. They ran a pilot for 12 months and webcast a number of meetings, the core being Development & Control, Council and some Special meetings. The pilot was deemed a huge success and they recently went out to tender and awarded Public-i the contract. They have a Fixed System in their chamber.

South Oxfordshire District Council
South Oxfordshire District Council
  South Oxon has been using a D600 since 2005, webcasting meetings from the Council chamber.  Content has included Planning meetings, Annual Council meetings, and live coverage of the local election results.

South Yorkshire Joint Authority
South Yorkshire Joint Authority
  South Yorkshire Joint Secretariat launched webcasting in September 2007, and have webcast all Police, Fire Authority, Pensions and Transport Authority meetings. They have a F600, fixed webcasting system. They are very active in promoting webcasting, and have had high numbers of viewers.

St Albans City & District Council
Wecasting since 2007, St Albans' webcasting project is centred in the planning dept., which regularly attracts more viewers than could be accommodated in the public gallery. They have a fixed F600 system in the chamber, and are looking at the possibility of expanding into other departments in the future.

Staffordshire County Council
Staffordshire County Council introduced webcasting as part of an audio/video tender in April 2009, and installation of the fixed F600 webcasting system was subject to an English Heritage survey.  Meetings are broadcast from the Chamber and a Committee Room and include Cabinet and Scrutiny webcasts.

Staffordshire Moorlands District Council
Staffordshire Moorlands District Council started webcasting in November 2006, they initially focussed on webcasting community events, training sessions and Council and community based indicatives. In July 2007 they began webcasting all council meetings. They have a Fixed system in their chamber, and a R600 portable system to take out into the community.

Stroud District Council
Stroud District Council
  Headed by the Democratic Services department, Stroud District Council have been webcasting since 2006. Using a D600 system the team regularly webcast Development Control, Overview, Scrutiny, Full Council and Cabinet meetings. Stroud use automated camera control with the cameras being controlled by the audio system.

Surrey County Council
Surrey County Council
  Surrey CC are a new webcasting client that have embraced the technology and ethos behind the technology wholeheartedly. As well as having an extensive installation in the Chamber, they have also taken a mobile R600 unit for webcasting from other locations, including off-site. They have introduced a full webcasting programme including all democratic meetings in the chamber, and have begun their webcasts with Full Council.
