The Highland Council took the decision to webcast in May 2009, they are
committed to making their decision process as open and transparent as
possible. The fixed system was installed in August 2009, since then they
have webcast a number of meetings and have committed to webcast
all Planning Environment and Development Committees, Inverness Nairn
Badenoch and Strathspey Planning Applications Committee and the Inverness Nairn Badenoch and Strathspey Licensing Committee. They are also going to webcast their Police Board meetings. Site: www.highland.public-i.tv |
