Donegal County Council
Donegal County Council, in the west coast of Ireland have been webcasting for 2 years as well as being part of the CitizenScape project.  The team is focusing on environmental issues as raised by young people in the community and are using the image mapping features of viewfinder to provide a vibrant interface to these issues and discussions.
