Hertsmere Borough Council
Hertsmere Borough Council have webcast since the end of 2005. Using an M600 unit with fixed cameras they film from two rooms within the Council building. Webcasting is managed and operated by both the Communications and Democratic Services departments who regularly webcast both Executive and Full Council meetings with specific meetings of public interest such as some Planning Committee’s. In early 2009 they increased their e-Participation toolset by introducing a Public-i e-Petitioning system.
