Roderick has wide experience as a professional director, strategic advisor and financier with a variety of companies. He has or does hold both executive and non-executive roles in companies across various sectors including corporate finance, strategic advice, healthcare, property, investment, financial services, mineral exploration, oil & gas, manufacturing and TV advertising. Prior to that held a number of senior positions within the banking industry. He is also Chief Financial Officer of Lydian International Ltd, a Toronto listed mineral exploration company and a non-executive director of Europa Oil & Gas PLC, an AIM listed oil exploration and production company.

He has a proven track record in developing sustainable profitability and prior to joining Public-i, he was Managing Director of a global risk consultancy company specialising in managing the risks of complex multinational customers. He began his business career with an international insurance company following military training at Sandhurst and four years with the Army in Europe and Canada.

Catherine Howe BA (Hons)(Dunelm), MSc (ADMIS)(LSE)
Catherine joined the organisation in September 2002. She has full responsibility for client and project management, sales and marketing. She is also Public-i's lead consultant and has conducted research projects for the eDemocracy National Project as well as being the evaluator for the eParticipate project (www.eparticipate.org). Prior to joining Public-i, Catherine was a founder Director of the social software company etribes (www.etribes.com) - specialising in the creation of online communities for the not-for-profit sector. Donald joined Public-i in the summer of 2008 taking over responsibility for all technical aspects of product development and technical support. Donald has extensive experience in online video solutions, working with both BT Media & Broadcast Services and BBC Future Media & Technology (iPlayer). He has managed development projects for both and also been involved in other online video projects for Jalipo and EntriQ.

He has extensive experience as a financial manager with ten years as Finance Director of a London-based marketing consultancy and five years as Financial Controller at an international horticultural company on the south Coast.
