Set up webcast meetings from your own PC

Our simple web-based content management system enables you to:

  • book a meeting, so that Public-i can monitor and support your event
  • set up speaker profiles
  • upload slides
  • add agenda points

All this can be done from any internet connected computer before the meeting gets underway. The information is then automatically transferred to the Public-i encoder when you are ready to start your webcast.

Control your own webcast and interactive content

During the meeting a single operator can control the webcast using the Public-i Webcaster software. The software allows:

  • control of up to 4 remote robotic cameras
  • the use of custom pre-set camera positions
  • integration of predefined agenda points
  • additional speaker profiles
