Legese
The Legese project was created with 2 main objectives; the first to create a single issue website around a piece of European legislation which would enable Councils to engage citizens directly with the EP legislative agenda. The second was a ‘jargon buster’ which helped citizens contextualise and understand the sometimes opaque langauge of European legislature.
The project tested these ideas across 5 countries and the results were published in September 2008.
This research directly fed into the CitizenScape project.
